IncomeTaxWizard.com provides hosted software designed to assist users with income tax estimations, calculations, and data organization.
    • No Professional Advice: The Service provides automated tools and information for educational and informational purposes only. IncomeTaxWizard.com does not provide legal, financial, or professional tax accounting advice.
    • User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all data, calculations, and filings generated through the Service.

2. User Accounts and Security
To access certain features of the software, you may be required to create an account.
    • Accuracy: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
    • Credentials: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account credentials.
    • Activity: You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, functionality, and software code are and will remain the exclusive property of IncomeTaxWizard.com and its licensors.

SMS Terms of Service — Income Tax Wizard

1. Program description. The Income Tax Wizard SMS program is operated by Income Tax Wizard Inc, operating as Income Tax Wizard. By providing your mobile number and consenting to receive text messages, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Income Tax Wizard, including appointment scheduling messages, tax deadline reminders, and document requests related to your tax preparation and accounting services.

2. Consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. You opt in by checking the text-message consent box on your signed client paperwork and providing your mobile number. The preparer also explains the texting consent verbally during signing.

3. Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your services and the tax calendar (for example, more frequent messages around deadlines and appointments).

4. Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you from us and to messages you send to us.

5. How to opt out. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you opt out, you will receive one final confirmation message, and we will not send you further text messages unless you opt in again.

7. Supported carriers and delivery. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier’s coverage and service.

8. Privacy. We respect your privacy. Information about how we collect and use your information is in our Privacy Policy at https://incometaxwizard.com/privacy-policy/. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

9. Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page.

6. Termination

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. INCOMETAXWIZARD.COM EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, ACCURATE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.
8. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL INCOMETAXWIZARD.COM, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE; (II) ANY ERRORS OR INACCURACIES IN THE SOFTWARE’S CALCULATIONS; OR (III) ANY FILING ERRORS WITH TAX AUTHORITIES.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the software after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the website owner operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
